There's a line here, strange and thin, where they're playing but not playing, but also definitely playing. He lets himself be pushed down and there's that discordant spray of notes in his head, but the heat is already surging through his veins even before Phillip's finished the motion and he's kissing back without any kind of restraint whatsoever, lapping his tongue into Phillip's mouth as soon as he has the opportunity to.
He struggles a bit, but it's playful, not even really testing so much as just a squirm that has him bucking Phillip just enough off him that he can get his thighs around his instead of the other way around. The "dismayed" moan he makes when he "realizes" it is loud, showy, the one that follows when he manages some friction there lower and more heartfelt.
