His hands slide up just slightly, blunt nails digging in just enough to leave lines in their wake but not enough to hurt as he scores them across a muscled torso, "By the time I'm done relearning you, the entire Annex is going to be tired of hearing my name through the walls."
It is precisely the fact that both of them know that Phillip was unequivocally the one in control of the entire interaction but a scant minute ago that give the words their weight.
They are going to need to have a conversation about this and not the smallest part of that conversation is going to need to be that he would find Phillip attractive in any form, but right now, Gustavain's thinking is entirely more in the moment.
