Shy though he might be, Mikka was someone who desperately craved affection in a way that overrode those timid tendencies in him. So that kiss to fingers wins a sunny smile from him. He knows this is a casual thing, knows he shouldn't get overly attached or read too much into things, but at the same time that sweet gesture made him happy regardless.
