Lillian turns enough to stick her tongue out at him, scrounging up a few blankets from a chest and letting it shut when it's empty. "None of your business!" she says, and the response sounds way too cheery and teasing to be serious, but if he's watching her eyes there is a glint to them that says she is deadly serious. It's much of the same logic as he has, really. If she had a teacher, would she out them? If she learned the other way, why would she tell the Warrior of Light?
If he's not going to trust her, then why would she trust him?
Though she's definitely not going to divulge her secrets to him just like that, the cheerful bounce to her step and the little hum she has going under her breath are not really an act either, coming over to offer a blanket and a cushion and setting a pot on top of the heater. She has no idea if that will actually work to boil water, but she can hope.
